Finding robots in the Mojave is quiet hard these days

Post » Mon Mar 08, 2010 2:14 pm

I was trying to finish the challenges where you get perks and complete them, anyway. Anyone here knows a place in the Mojave where robots respawn ? Checked the crashed vertibird site and they don't respawn there.

The strip? :D
The robotics facility, there's LOADS there, I dont know if they respawn though, only having bothered to kill them once.
There's a few at the Boomers airport, but they will get upset if you kill their bots.
I remember there being quite a few at helios one?

Nipton has one that tends to keep coming back heh, in the house with the workbench.

Crashed Vertibird.

I just found this last night while making final sweeps of the map before I cheat and look on wiki. The "hardened" part made me laugh. That weapon there is a freaking beast.

The only place I know where they respawn is at the badass Nipton home.

There's only the few in New Vegas Steel and the one in Nipton that reliably respawn, really.

The challenge is doable, but isn't half boring. Setting off every alarm at REPCONN Headquarters helps a lot.

The H and T tool company has quite a few, just look out for traps or don't, whichever you fancy.

The strip's about the only place. One of the areas I think New Vegas kind of failed, compared to [Censored]. But I figure it fits with the more "backwards, yet civilized" image of Vegas. I also think they screwed up the voices of the Protectrons and Gutsys. Sorry if this topic becomes a [Censored] versus Vegas thread.
