Mace of Aevar stone singer is found with one of the Dunmer at the end of Vaemina's daedric quest. Dragonbane is not part of immersive weapons, it is in the main game and is found in sky ruler temple on a desk.

There are no non-craftable armors in immersive armors as far as i am aware.
