Is there actually any way to get this on consoles?
I've heard that Potema used to drop them, but doesn't after a update. Is this true, and would deleting the updated data and trying to get it work?

The 'Fine Raiment' worn by Jarl Elisif, it looks similar to the Embroidered Garment worn by High King Torygg

I had not heard of being able to get those on the PS3.. You could try removing the patch.. I don't think there is a way to get them outside of killing Jarl Elisif.. I'm pretty sure the Jarls are essential..

The Jarls are essential yes. But it says on the Wiki, and I had a person I know tell me that Potema The Wolf Queen drops it if you're quick to grab her stuff, but it was patched and I guess uninstalling could work, but its a lot to install again. But mostly I just fear it might bring back the crazy savefile growth
