Finishing moves by enemies confirmed

Post » Fri Sep 23, 2011 2:19 am

I'm sure not ALL enemies have finishing moves and while bees may attack the player i seriously doubt rabbits will.

You've clearly never seen Monty Python & the Holy Grail then...

When you die, enemies can perform brutal finishing moves on you.

http://twitter.com/#!/DCDeacon/status/116953597782134785.

Cool!

That also means that because enemy actors can execute finishing moves on the PC then companions of the PC can execute finishing moves on enemy actors.

I like this.
If I have to die, let me at least die with style.
I JUST HOPE I'LL BE ABLE TO KEEP IT IN 1ST PERSON THOUGH!

Adding insult to injury. Will dragons have a finishing move like eating you when you die? I wonder...

Sounds cool. I wonder if we can get sneaked up on and assassinated too.

That would be brilliant...

I mean imagine if your sneaking in on a bandit camp about to make your move than suddenly an invisible assassin comes out of nowhere and 1-hit stabs you right in the back!

For some reason this made me think of Mortal Kombat,

*GONG* FINISH HIM!

Someone make a mod for that when your about to die. Please.

What will it look like if we get decapitated in first person?

Lol, I agree. I like it.
And not, your player death is forced third person. Was seen in a short camera video of Skyrim.

I find it ironic that everyone is happy that we will be brutally killed if we fail in combat... That being said, I'm happy to hear this too.

*nods* I've never looked forward to my death with so much glee!

What goes around comes around

I wonder if creatures have finishing moves too. Like the dragon that picked that man up, and swung him off screen.

I'm curious... have you seen any dragon finishing moves on the player? They must be... brutal.

The death sequences will be 3rd person view only.

I would love a 1st person decapitation to happen to the player. Your perspective rapidly spinning as your head bounces down the hill, your vision slowly dims as the remaining oxygen in the blood in your head gets devoured.
