Finishing Moves

Post » Tue Feb 01, 2011 11:22 pm

I assume that when you do a finishing move you commit yourself to it, so if a second enemy hits you whilst doing the finishing move, you'll take unavoidable damage.

If that's the case, give us a distinctive keypress instead of holding down left mouse button when the enemies below 10% health or what ever, otherwise we may find ourselves dying during a finishing move we didn't really want to do.

This is all speculation btw.

I think you'll be invincible during the animation, or it'll only activate when it's the last enemy in the vicinity.

maybe the make the finishing move animation just as long as it would take as a regular power hit or something :)

i think the best way is to activate it only on the last enemy. it feels stupid when youre invulnerable during that animation but then again id rage hardcoe if enemies kept pounding on me just so i could finish my flashy move

also i think it should activate relatively rarely, to make you go 'wow that was bada**' instead of 'meh, seen it'

They'll probably either only activate on the last enemy of a group, or other enemies just won't attack during the animation.
