Fire and Snowfall RP: OOC III

Post » Wed Jan 23, 2013 12:27 am

Hey Tom, I think I'm going to have Lothren have a flash back of coming home to family's house in Falnesti, only to discover the carnage of his dead father and brothers and sisters. In his anger and sadness he's going to join Caradin in felling trees. Is that ok? By the way his flash back was triggered by Caradin's speech.

And Flashbacks are okay right?

Yes, they are perfectly acceptable :)

Indeed, I intend to have a few in-depth flashbacks occur at some point.

Yeah dude, that's fine ;) You don't have to ask me though. But yeah, that sounds awesome.

Will you be able to make a quick post after that too? I'm just wondering.

I'd rather let a few more people get a post in first before replying ;)

Looks like I sparked a whole bunch of flashbacks (well even if I didn't describe what Fara remembered). But I'm afraid that Lothren is going down her appreciation scale - startng a pas at her and turning his back away before she can place a word. though truth to be told, considering her present mood, the reply would probably have been on the rude side.

We could work something out were after Lothren gets done chopping down trees, Fara could maybe come up to Lothren and get angry at him for introducing himself then turning his back on her. Then I could have Lothren explain why that exactly happened. What do you think?

Such as a kick in the groin?

Aerys would know what she saw (at least the aftermath of it).

something like that - he won't seek him out but iwhen she finds herself close enough, she will make her opinion known.

Well, if Fara feels like the need to vent/rant/complain, she has "Skyrim's own born cynic" there to listen - he'd join in

Besides, the best relationships to read about are the ones that don't start off perfect ;)

I'll get a post up for Lunia later. She seems to have garnered a lot of hate all of a sudden :P

Just like the last RP  You really like having extreme out-going characters don't you  I foresee menya battle of wits between her and Aerys. Caradin doesn't hate her exactly, and could probably warm to her given the right circumstances. However, these are clearly not the right circumstances

But overall I like her.

I don't think Lunia is quite as out-going as Selvia  Anyway, hopefully Cadrin warms to her a little once I get my post up ;)

I think you're right. I doubt ANYONE could be as out-going as Selvia! Haha. Well, we shall soon see ;)

Pompous, no offence but I can see why Xolah is getting a little terse with you. You don't have to rain check EVERYTHING with others and the GMs, or else we'll be here till Oblivion cracks open again. ONLY stuff that might be considered borderline (i.e. cinematic finishing move for a monster, etc) needs a rain check. Everything else, we just lose flow and any sense of surprise

Edit: Also, your second to last post has horribly murdered the quoted section and the title with code. Looks like Scamps got into the system.

Alternatively, you could do so via PM if you really have to clear something up with just one person, rather than putting it on the OOC thread. Otherwise we hit our limit faster.

You could have mentioned the body ;) That might have made it longer.
