In one of the interviews with todd howard in Utah he mentioned that when dragond breath fire its them doing a dragon shout, and then he was questioned on if the player could then do it as we have access to dragon shouts, to which he replied yes. personally i think this is awesome, i can imagine a dragon breathing fire on me and me just breathing it right back at him. also it means that we can have a magic fire attack even if both hands are occupied by weapons or a shield.

One of the coolest RPG character abilities for quite some time. I hope there are frost/other variants as well.

You could do this in Neverwinter Nights 2 if you chose the red dragon prestige class I believe, think that's what it was. But yes, should be cool in Skyrim too.

I can't wait to see all the Youtube videos of people shouting fire in NPC's faces haha. I'm going to get an NPC near the edge of a cliff and shout fire in their faces and watch them fall all the way off the cliff with Havok Behavior.
