Please, is there a mod which adds fire frost and lightning shouts in Morrowind?
Just like in Skyrim. It recharges over few seconds.
That way combat will be more dynamic.
I'm using Code patch so I can cast spell with single button.
So, shouts could be called with another button.
Btw, is there any spell mod which adds spells like in Skyrim ?
