Quick question for anyone who knows how to:
How to enable/ disable most recent Adobe Flash Player in Firefox 4.0.1?

Just installed Firefox 4.0.1 (been upgrading OS). I used to use Firefox 3.6.3 which allowed you to click on the "Tools" menu and select "Add-Ons" to enable/ disable specific Add-Ons fairly easily.
I just installed Adobe Flash Player 10.3.181.14 and I can't find the option in the same "Tools>Add-Ons" window to disable the flash player. Did they get rid of that feature or did they move it somewhere else in the menus?
If they moved it elsewhere, could someone direct me to where?

You need to go to plugins to disable flash, as flash is a plugin, not an add-on (its in the same window, just a different sidepanel)

Well, it's telling me I currently don't have any plug-ins installed, when I know I just installed Adobe Flash Player. I check my control panel in windows and I see that Flash Player is installed. Did Flash Player just circumvent Firefox's plug-ins registry or something, or is there something else I'm missing?

does about:plugins also tell you that you have no plugins installed?

NVM. Figured it out. Turns out I needed to close Firefox and load it again before it registered. :facepalm:
