Permanent, modified night-eye effect for characters that are blind in both eyes.

A form of magic sight and can be upgraded as the game progresses to be:

A) More clear
B) More useful (detect life added)

If not upgraded would look really, really grainy and hard to see anything at all (warrior characters, etc).

Wouldn't that get annoying 300+ hours in?
