First DLC should be FREE !!!

A Free DLC with a Bad ass patch enabling Generated servers and all annoying bugs fixed. I'll buy Cryteks next game if they did do that and accept the fact that they **** up but were willing to fix it.

Like the smart gamer that I am, I waited for a bit after the games came out to purchase it. Most games have a few little problems in their release. This is a great game hands down. Comparable to Halo and Call of Duty. On the other hand I do agree that free DLC would be the quickest way to steal Halo and COD junkies. More players equals more fun.

I've got another example for you, Primal Carnage, They are planning on releasing Multi-player first and then working on singleplayer DLC for FREE. The cost of the game? 20 bucks...
Orion: Prelude another good example.
Btw Carnage does plan on going multi-platform down the road. We also should recognize that fact.

I agree free DLC and patch, or working patch before the "half price DLC".

If they include a major patch with the DLC and make it let's say 80 MSF then that'd be reasonable, but what they COULD do is make a huge patch and throw it up as DLC with maybone one new atachment to a gun and mak people download it before they can play online or something. Just an idea.

Microsoft don't limit the size of updates at all, there is a required update on Battlefield: Bad Company 2 that is around 10gb big, even if you haven't purchased Vietnam you MUST download it to play regular BC2. Microsoft may have a stupid certification process for updates but it's only 20-40 hours so I wouldn't blame Crytek's sluggish and sloppy handling of Crysis 2 on MS.

Crytek should just forget about the stats website and the DLC until we can call Crysis 2 fully functional.
