I doubt it would be just two slots, though, as multiple implies at least three, probably more.

I agree, it's likely at least five. I was just saying "mulitiple" means more than one, which is obvious.

How many armor slots will be in Skyrim. Silvade asked if it would be two like in Fallout 3, five like in Oblivion, or many like in Morrowind. Pete's response was "multiple" which could mean any of the three.

"An" R implies one R, which rules out FebRuaRy, also ruling out the one month prediction. Looking more like MaRch, so two months, AT LEAST. ApRil is another option. Ouch.

Another thing by the way most of our months have R's in them that was the joke.

He wouldn't have said it if it was a joke. The month will end in r or he wouldn't have said it. So its between now and april because the game should have a big presence at e3 this june.

You can pretty safely get rid of september because e3 is in june and they aren't going to e3 with just screens. So between now and april. Both GDC and pax east are in march. Hopefully then.

Indeed, as nice as it is to get a time frame for when we can expect a gameplay video, "A month with an r in it" really doesn't narrow it dowm much, which is probably why it was worded that way. People wanted a timeframe for when we could expect to see a gameplay video, and we got one, but it's vague enough that it doesn't give us that much of a clear idea, in short, Pete Hines is clever.

Even so, that could just mean helmet, armor, and shield, that makes three armor slots. Fallout didn't have shields, after all, but Skyrim obviously will have them.

I think you're way overanolzing the guy's comment. It's like saying it'll be out the next day with a "y" in it. It's just a saying.

No not really. Every day has a y in it not every month has an r so he narrowed it down a little better than that.

@selbeth shield isn't an armor slot its something that can be equipped in either hand just like all the other weapons and spells.

Gameplay or a video of some sort will almost certainly be shown at E3, and Pete's quote says the first video will be shown in a month that contains the letter r, so that means January, February, March, or April. His quote tells us that we should expect a video by April at the latest, which for me is great news because I really wasn't expecting anything until E3 in June.

Yea this sums it perfectly and I wasn't expecting anything until e3 so I'm happy knowing we should have video between now and april.

I'd hardly call it a joke when he ruled out four month (may-august) with his answer. He also pretty much ruled out september and beyond because video would have came by e3 so he narrowed it down from now until april. That's pretty generous.

I don't get why you guys are speculating when the gameplay(or whatever) is coming out because did he not say "In a month" which is one month. So February he is saying.
