I will if they are hostile. But if they are not in any way out to hurt me, then no I won't kill them..

The ones that refuse to talk to me, get in my way when walking, or have really good loot are the ones that die the fastest. A good example is the Legion soldiers.

As others have said, my first character is usually a pretty cool guy (doesnt afraid of anything). Homicidal maniacs come later.

Probably not, as I most likely won't have a weapon and they've practically gelded hand to hand. Unless they've not gelded hand to hand. Don't quite remember at this point and can't be assed to look it up.

I think it's kinda hard to judge the first kill we will make before we even get a feel from playing the game

1st people I met in MW it wasn't an option.
1st person I met in Oblivion yes I sometimes killed him but much later in the game.
1st people you meet in Skyrim will be taking you be executed IIRC so maybe if you have to escape from them.

But if you mean 1st person I meet after the tutorial then almost certainly not.

If it's some form of Bandit, highwayman, or marauder then yes. Average NPC, no. I'm gonna follow the path of the selfless warrior on my first play-through.

Sounds like a challenge! Yes, I most definitely will. Unless he isn't kill able, then I'll wait till the victim who isn't invincible. Setting myself up for a great character back story. Not to mention the fastest entry into the Dark Brotherhood.

Also, it will have to be the first innocent. I will stalk him and get him at the best possible moment. Hopeful while he is working and carrying something!

If the first person you meet is a child, you won't be able to.

Me personally, my first play through I won't kill anyone that doesn't need killing. :angel:

I don't think I've ever played a homicidal maniac type character, in any bethesda game. I dislike depopulating the world so I tend to leave most people alive. And no, I won't kill the first person I see.

This is completely off topic but there needs to be an Of Mice and Men easter egg in the game. "Oh, tell me about the rabbits George!"
