I got into Fallout a couple months ago and I just got this game for the PS3. I put it in and theres this guy with his mouth moving but no sound comes out. All the background sounds and special effects are audible but just NPCs cant make sounds. This game was sealed, it had a DO NOT SELL UNTIL 10/20/2010 label unripped on the top. It's as brand new as it gets. Anyone know the fix?
