After playing through one vanilla play through of FO:NV i ready to install some mods, ive played both Fallout 3 and TES:IV so i know a little bit about what to expect but i need some help.
Im looking for two things, the best mods and best utilities for installing those mods. I know for Oblivion someone made a thread with a direct install list of what would create the most immersive game. Does NV have one of those yet?

Did you do a search for "Recommended mods"?
