You could also take that hungry glint in her body language as the eagerness a journalist has for a tasty new story - just saying, you could take it romantically or not based on the character you're playing. And hey, body language!

Infinite a little bit, sure, at least in the character art. I remember going through Infinite the first time and getting really weird feelings about the character proportions, especially on Elizabeth, until I realized (fairly early on) that it was stylized more like a Disney cartoon than the photo-realistic shooters I've gotten used to. (the proportions of everything in the first Bioshock still weird me tf out though, I did not like the character models for that one)
Honestly, with the next gen consoles and the Creation Engine's affinity for handling lots of little things, it wouldn't surprise me if the hair physics were always enabled for any character rendered. They certainly don't have that exaggerated shampoo-commercial amount of physics that you see in a lot of other games; it looks like a very simplified physics, part performance and part non-ridiculous.
Speaking of hair, Piper's eyebrow game is on point.
So far the best waifus that i have seen in fallout games that i have played:
1. F.I.S.T.O (only for a moment sadly)
2. Cass/veronica/Doctor Dala (depending my mood and character)
3. Clover/Star Paladin cross/Amata/Doctor Li ( Not a great fan of F3 characters)
If Piper has really good sense of humor or she is overall just really interesting companion. She may take the number 2 spot. Let's be honest, no one can beat F.I.S.T.O our favourite robot.
(I am not counting Nora in this list this time. Maybe in future)
Shes got nothing on the eyebrow goddess.

Do we think https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/87106516/piper.jpg is from that gameplay?
"Stop by my office later. I have an idea for an article you'd be perfect for"
And here come the Moira Brown flashbacks.......oh, the pain.
Absolutely. I've read some recaps of that footage, and it supposedly starts outside Diamond City and ends with this exchange with Piper.
Who said romance? Did I say romance? No ... I don't think so. Romance takes a little more than "Hey newcomer come meet me in my office". Obviously she just has a stamp collection she's dying to show someone.
I like her, and wouldn't mind seeing some other NPCs if they feel like revealing them.
If she is anything like Moira, I just might have to shoot her in the face.
Technically this really isn't her official reveal is it? Just a clip for the FO Shelter game update.
10 minute romance, dimmed lights. Maybe she writes the "personals".
Based on what people have said, its part of the conversation from the Gamescom footage.
I think she was fine the first time or two I played, but after that, nails on a chalkboard every time she opened her mouth. I did all her quests on an "evil" play through, and then nuked the town. Imagine my horror learning she survived the blast!
Oh snap, I stand corrected on one of my previous posts. Thanks for linking this! I've been avoiding these forums recently so I missed this little nugget. If that's going to be a representative of the general voice acting that's going to exist in Fallout 4, then I'm far less concerned than before.
Her voice acting right there blew anything in Fallout 3, Skyrim or New Vegas out of the water (at least that I remember).
It's probably been discussed to death, supported or refuted, but as I stated above: I haven't been around for a while.
Anyways, it'd be quite interesting if Nora or Howard are potential companions in the game, especially if we can customize the appearance and name of both prior to beginning the actual game. It gives us the potential to customize a companion on an aesthetic level. In which case, no Fallout waifu could compete. I'm thoroughly interested in possible companions because of the above link.
Of course it'll take some work to beat Quiet: She never nags me and she's like a well-endowed angel of death who ain't afraid to flirt.
I will say. the dialogue choices aren't specific, at all. http://imgur.com/VZNAGQb
Dont get my hopes up.
If that were possible, everyone's waifu dreams would be complete.
Seem all pretty obvious to me
Y = more information via a question.
B = I hate newspapers
A = I like newspapers
X = Get out of conversation/avoid subject
Yes, but in previous games we'd know exactly what we're saying. This doesn't specify what we're saying, just gives a vague statement.
No you didn't, but in one Quakecon recap I read, most of those in attendance inferred it as a come-on.
I agree with this wholeheartedly.
And we don't need to know the exact wording fo what we say to know what we said, so... what is the problem exactly?
You've got to be joking ... No one will ever come close to Farengar in Skyrim. The pinnacle of voice acting, makes TLOU look awful.
