I've been seeing very long startup times the first time I run Fallout 4 from a cold start, it looks like it's an issue with the Windows Store. WSClient is killing cpu and disk access for a while. Microsoft seem to know about it, all runs OK after a couple of minutes waiting. I still get fps drop in some game areas, seems to be pretty random bu repeatable, Pipers office for instance. Shadow and Godray fixes have been applied.
