Class: Meta human (Don't flame me yet I will explain this in a moment.)
History: His father was sort of a wanderer, he was a man of science who would go from town to town and do anything he could to contribute scientifically. Because of this he has done work with Dr. Li, the scientist in Grayditch, even worked with the BoS for a very short period of time. One day on his travels he stumbled across what appeared to be an enclave research site and had never seen such technology before so he dove right in. After about an hour of fixing up terminals and toying around with some of their chems, a group of enclave soldiers approached, subdued, and brought him back to Raven Rock. He was held there unconscious for weeks, during the time President Eden realized his potential as a scientist seeing as that he restored an enclave research facility by him self. He awoke to welcome and was given an enclave scientist suit they explained to him how the president chose him to work for the enclave now and that this was his new home. After a couple of months of what seemed like heaven temptation was about to be his downfall, wandering around raven rock he stumbled across the secret sub-level research facilities in which he found a muscular like man in some sort of vat who looked to be a super mutant who hadn't quite evolved.
He was then approached by Autumn and was told immediately to leave and that if he wanted to work on this level he would need clearance from Eden. Wasting no time he went directly to Eden and asked him of these projects, Eden told him of how the enclave were focusing their efforts on mastering the F.E.V. and fighting fire with fire by inducing some of his own men with it only this time around instead of turning into a brainless giant they would retain their intelligence and receive an enhancement to strength and their senses. For his loyalty thus far to the enclave and impeccable work he granted him permission to work in the sub-level but Eden had one rule anything said and done on that level remains on that level. More months passed by and Leon's father knew everything about the F.E.V. and he had a theory the reason previous F.E.V. evolution attempts had been so unsuccessful was because the serum was always given to advlts and their bodes naturally had a violent reaction to it but what if it was given to newborns, fetus's even so that the body adapt and change with it. Eden called him an idiot and said no such thing would ever work.
But Leon's father had a dream and he wasn't going to let Eden stop it. He was then given an ultimatum stay here where he is safe and excepted or go back out into the wasteland where he was free to pursue he scientific interests. He chose to go back into the wasteland seeing as that this was a once in a life time opportunity. The plan was to sneak a few quarts of F.E.V. with him out on a field assignment in which he would never return and possibly become one of the greatest known men in science. The next morning he assigned himself to a field assignment near the deathclaw sanctuary, so that when he never came back to Raven Rock they would assume that he had died. But one he had a major problem how was he going to sneak F.E.V. to the outside after all the enclave guards usually check everyone leaving to make sure that they have only the minimum and that they weren't smuggling rare tech.
Luckily he knew one of the guards very well and would use his way with words to persuade him. He told the guard of his plan and the guard then said that his secret was safe with him and don't get killed out there. Finally Leon's father had escaped Raven Rock and was out into the wastes once again. After evading a couple of deathclaws he made his way to megaton and set up shop Lucas let him live there for free since him and Leon's father were good friends. While there he met a woman who was young and attractive he figured that she would be perfect for the experiment. All while she was falling in love with him he had a one track mind, finishing the experiment. Eventually they made love and conceived Leon. Toward the second trimester Leon's father got Leon's mother hooked on jet immediately after just one bottle. Then would give her jet bottles filled with F.E.V. instead of actual jet. A few months later she died from giving birth to Leon he required a lot more nutrients from his mother than the average baby which made his mother weak and fatigued all the time but when he was born her body just couldn't take the strain.
Leon was born 9 pounds 10'' and had green eyes which was weird seeing as that Leon's Father or mother didn't have green eyes he was also bald as a baby but grew hair later. Leon's intelligence was incredible by the time he was 1 he could already read and write and lift a maximum of 25 pounds his father was astonished with these results. But trouble was on the horizon the same enclave guard that let him free traveled all across the wasteland just to find him he said that Eden knew that he had stolen F.E.V. samples and that he wasn't really dead. The soldier then told him to head to Vault 101 and to stay there until things cooled down. He did as directed and headed to Vault 101 where the let him in for his medical prowess it is here where Leon would be raised.
By age 5 Leon was smarter than every other vault student and memorized all the education material they had to offer. By age 7 he would excersize with Jonas and could bench 125 almost as much as Jonas he could also last much longer doing cardio. It was at age 10 when Leon and his father would almost be kicked out of the vault. It was Leon's birthday and Butch started a fight with him but Leon wasn't going to let him get away with this on his birthday. Leon went berserk and broke both of his arms and his ribs when the overseer tried to tell him to calm down and put his arm on his shoulder Leon grabbed his hand and slung him across the room, injuring his spine and stuck him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, this event created a strong grudge between him and the overseer. After pleading and begging the overseer said that they could stay but keep that monster away from me.
That same day his father began blood tests on him and found out what happened on his birthday and how his mind worked. With the F.E.V. his strength and intelligence grew as a normal child's would only at an accelerated rate but it wasn't constant it only happened when he was completely at peace which was when he was sleeping and everything went smoothly but the second his emotions got thrown in everything went haywire his strength would then increase wildly and intelligence would decrease making him lose reason and common sense. Even though these "incidents" wouldn't be permanent they had the chance to be. it was like a "switch" whenever he felt strong emotion it would turn on but there was also a small chance that the "switch" would stay on. Leon's father called it a chance of permanent incident and would measure it in % so far at age 10 he had an 8% chance to remain in that state but over the years it would increase.
At age 16 his father hoped that his incident % would decrease but it only got worse. The last time he had an incident was when he was 10 but if he were to have one at 16 he had a 25% chance of it being permanent. The frightened his father and he began to work on a solution. At age 18 his father realized that there was no way to stop this and decided to take another blood test and see how good or bad things had become he then found out that he had a 33% chance. His father then concluded that this was only going to increase over time and that he had to find a solution the only way to do this was to leave the vault. His plan was to travel to vault 112 and visit a scientist named Braun and try to find a solution. He also decided not to tell his son he figured even if he didn't find a solution at least he would be safe from his son.
Now: I woke up to Amata babbling about something she was about 5 seconds from getting a pillow upside her head, She told me that my father left, Jonas was dead and then that they were after me. (Fallout is calling my name but at least the history is done. I decided to do the history in 3rd person but I am going to tell the story of my char in 1st. I'll type more later.)
