I'd normally say she met a unfortunate end somewhere down the line due to general inexperience at being a vampire, and being a first wouldn't exactly have too many venues as far as protection goes. That is of course presuming she isn't the one that realized the disease can spread and can make willing thralls out of mortals. But if a bloody ten year old can take it in stride and thrive, anythings possible.

Still, I wager that she died by someones vengeful blade at some point.
