Fish Hatchery?

Can you build one in The Pale? I have the Lakeview Manor as well but had to move since I didn't like what I ended up with.

The Pale has a mill, Falkreath has a Bee Hive and Morthal has the fish hatchery.

Thank you. Any real use for the Mill other than flour? What is that used for?

Flour is used for cooking certain things. I think you may need the kitchen upgrade for most of them, though.

Fish are friends, not food.

That's good to know, actually. That Morthal plot is looking better all the time.

Morthal is shaping up to be the Vacation Family Home. The Pale is Casa De Dragonborn, a personal clubhouse of drunken debauchery and sharp objects on the wall.

That's what my Khajiit is going to use his Winterhold quarters for. Wild school parties with Blackbriar mead, Cyrodillic brancy, and gobs of skooma. Get a couple spiked drinks into Faralda, and she starts dancing on tables wearing nothing but a skimpy loincloth.

I put my one sample of salmon roe in the fish hatchery and lost it, has anyone managed to to get that to work? And does any one know where another lot of salmon roe can be found? I have found no more in the houses yet, I only had one kitchen wing. I tried all the fish barrels in Riften, and the Riften fishery, caught a lot of fish did a lot of swimming around Riften, no salmon roe. :(

My second character has a go at it I will be saving before I put them in the fish hatchery in case it goes wrong again.

The bees take care of themselves, you have to put something in the fish hatchery to get fish and things like slaughterfish eggs. I have yet to work out if you can get salmon roe with your salmon.

Edit
My salmon did eventually hatch, it took a very long time and something still seems to be wrong. I can catch them, but nothing appears in the inventory, and no roe are appearing yet. I need no fish anyway so will leave them there. I would really like a self renewing source of salmon roe.
