Fisherman's Hat

Post » Fri Jan 22, 2010 8:08 pm

Hello! :)

I am making companion mod, I need to know the people in Vivec that offer boat services between the cantons have a cool looking hat, does anyone know what category and ID that is under in the Construction Set? I looked for Fisherman in clothing and armor and I can't find it.

Thank you all in advance!

I don't want to make a new thread.. But does anyone know what the Lanterns are called under Lights in the CS?

I found the infinite time torch like the guards use and I wonder is there an equivalent with a lantern?

Well if your just searching for a lantern, then when you have all of the tabs open, click on lights, then names. It will now be in alphabetical order. Scroll down until you find lanterns and pick one you like. As for infinite time, I don't know. I just opened the CS to see if there was a script or something attached to it, but there isn't one. I suggest you just use the torch, or add a buttload of lanterns to the NPC.

Awesome! Thank you for the help!

Lol :) I have another question now though!

If I were to set the repair skill of my NPC to 51 and give her -1 repair hammer would she:

  • Repair her armor/weapons?
  • Have one re spawning repair hammer that she can use every day?

I'm not sure, if you just want here to do repair her equipment, a script could be made that would remove the old equipment, add new equipment, and equip it daily.
I'm not the person to talk about thatttt though.

Also I need to know if it possible to make a script that allows for companion sharing (inventory) without having Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed, is that a possibility?

I think you only need Tribunal I think, but no it's not possible with neither.

Dang alright I'll just have to add in Dialog options like use spears, use swords, use daggers, and use your Bow

Lol :)

Alright, I think I am going to start reading the MWSD guide... I need scripting more then I thought for this!

especially since I want it to be a Morrowind Only mod.

Here is a pic of the companion!

Thank you :) It is turning out great as of right now!!

She has 35 lines of dialog right now giving her a back story, and there is still more to add.

Right now if she has a disposition of 65>= she will be able to follow you around via dialog options and will tell you how she is doing on supplies. If she runs low on supplies she will ask you to make a pit-stop at Arrille's Tradehouse and when you enter the building she walks up to the counter waits for 15 seconds, then tells you that she has gotten her supplies. Right now that is where my problem is..
