One thing I noticed from the sneak peaks was that as soon as an opponent is aware of your presence the fight music begins. In Oblivion this ruined a part of combat for me. If there was a minotaur in the woods and he could see me but I could not see him the fight music would start and I would just pull out my sword and prep a spell. There were few surprises in Oblivion. I think the fight music should start when there is first contact. So if someone gets behind me or launches an arrow I don't know it unless I see it or feel it. Once contact has been initiated by either me or them the fight music should start. What do you think?
It makes sense... but the whole Draugr rising from the crypt, charging of the wolves, bursting forth of the Dragon Priest from the sarcophagus, and emergence of a dragon on the battlefield just aren't as cool without the music initiating alongside their entrance to the scene/initial hostility.
