This is a pretty serious problem for me, not just an every now and then thing. I really can't talk to anyone without the audio being way off midway through their sentance

Is everyone experiencing it to this degree? Or at all?
If so, there's no excuse for this to be left in the game after a patch as extensive as 1.9 seems to be.

Also, is everyone else having their partner continuously mention that they're opening a shop in your house every time you load game?
This has been a problem for me since 1.7... really annoying, and disappointing to see no mention of this in 1.9...
