Many merchants in my game, namely the at the 188 trade post, BoS bunker, and Gun Runners do not restock/reload their inventory or caps. Are there any known fixes for this? Several in game weeks have passed and none of these merchants restock their inventory or caps. This makes things difficult because I can't find any other merchants with enough caps that it is worth trading and .308 ammo is now harder to find for sale than .50 ammo.

Any tips?

yea, don't speak to them during the restocking time, usually 3 days. Wait 4 days just in case. And when you are buying multiple expensive items at once, like worth more than 40k, make sure to sell stuffs to even out the caps. once the traders have more than like 40-50k, you wont get those money back anymore. I have tested the all merchants, including traveling merchants. And seems, after that, they wont restock anymore. Another glitch. And when you are buying stuff, for weapons and armors, you often have to buy multiple times to actually get the item. I have spent countless money on those already. It's really annoying.
