DB Fix Question

Post » Sat Aug 10, 2013 4:18 am

Ok so I can't cast spells while riding a dragon on the PS3 version of the game. The only fix apparently is to delete all DLC and updates then re-download them with DG being on the very top of the list.

However I've done something like this before, and ended up having unplayable saves... I'm seeking some clarity here.

Do I delete all DLCs, and updates. Then reload them back with DG at the top of the load list, then HF, then Dragonborn? Must I delete any of the updates at all?

Is there any specific order the DLCs must follow after DG is downloaded?
Must DG be loaded last for it to be considered "at the top?"
Will I lose my saves either way?

Help?

You can install them anyway you want, preferably in the same order you downloaded them. But it really doesn't matter.

I usually delete the game and update, install Skyrim, then the DLC (in no particular order).

Your saves will be fine. You also don't have to use spells

Did you have this glitch too???

And so I could theoretically just redownload DG an it'd be fixed?

I didn't have this glitch.

I wouldn't really know as I've never heard of this before, but yes. Usually uninstalling and then reinstalling fixes most problems. I cannot guarantee that for you.

Wait, in the PS3 store, under downloads, I don't see the option to delete my DLC, just to download and install it again. Am I missing something?

Or Do I just delete game data and update, then download all the DLCs again?

Sorry for being late.

Yes, to delete the DLC, just uninstall Skyrim and Skyrim Update. After that, just download the DLC again.
