Fix the Launcher Resolutions options Bethesda - Please

The launcher offers very few options for resolution - a couple of widescreen only

None of which make the game playable for me (4:3)

I have to set my resolution by hand in the ini file

Which means I cannot tweak the other options in the launcher and test them for my system

because if I do it overwrites my res settings

It makes the game essentially unplayable for me at this time
