I have xfire 7950 amd fx 8120

disabled core parking (google it)

set: afr friendly in application profiles ..just add the application profile called cccdspreview.exe from programfiles/atitechnologies/atiace/graphicspreview common (then ccc will let you set afr friendly) "THIS MADE A LOT OF DIFFERENCE TO FPS DROP SO IM ASSUMING IT NEEDS DRIVERS!!"

and this is my config just adjust maxfps to -1 under whatever your refresh rate is mines 65hz so I put maxfps 64

create autoexec.cfg and add thisand put it in crysis3 directory
