Fixing cell bordersterrain gaps? Have compatibility patch

I'm having what seems to be a compatibility problem between http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/16513/? and http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/29948/?. I already have version 1.5 of the compatibility patch. Even so, I'm having uneven borders between map cells. I have to jump from cell to cell, and can see underneath the map. Roughly the area from (-20, 2) to (-16, 4) is affected. I'd like to know if there's something I can do to address this in TES4edit or some other way. My full LOOT load order is in the spoiler, with the relevant mods in bold.



Any help will be appreciated as I'm coming back to Oblivion for the first time since launch, and I don't know how to make my own patch.

Your problem is load order related. LOOT does not sort mods correctly for Oblivion. You need to be using BOSS for Oblivion load order sorting. I see lots of things out of place in that load order, but to answer the question at hand, all of the main UL plugins need to load above Better Cities FULL.esp. BC and associated patches should be loading very near the bottom.
