Hi, I have an issue with the quest Flags of our Foul-Ups.

They need skill, so i spoke to all of the 4 misfits and chose Mag for gunnery-training.

The gang ran up the hill to the shooting-range... and then nothing happens. Mag is still marked as Q-NPC, but when i talk to her, all I get is one of these nonsense-phrases like "Oh, nice to meet you". No dialogs anymore.

I found in some forums the info that I need a skill of 40+ in shooting and explosives to complete the mission, but I HAVE these skill .

Help...

Are all four soldiers standing in line with Mags at the top of the hill(her, the Irish Guy, Razz, and Pointdexter)? That's when I got the ability to teach them. If so then it's probably a bug.

Re-load a previous save. =D

last "normal" save is more than 3hrs old -.-

just fast travel somewhere and fast travel back and try speaking with her again. The game weirds out if you talk to her too quickly after they line up. Once they line up, count to 10 slowly and then talk to her and you should be fine. I, like you found this out the hard way! Remember to save OFTEN!!!!!!!!!
