Flak and Shrapnel Locations : Fallout 3

Okay so Flak has been taken care of, by this of coarse i mean YOU KNOW WHAT

I continue through the story finished the game then obtain BROKEN STEEL Complete the DLC. I wonder back towards megaton from Jury St. Station

I come across an old military Vehicle and stumble across a man searching 2 skeletons

Maybe looking for his missing partner??

Anything like this happened to anyone else??

Yeah, Shrapnel will always wander the wastes looking for his lost partner. He can't stand to be without him, it's quite sweet. Though annoying, too, as you lose one of Rivet City's best merchants.
