I try to find the armour for the flame atronach and the gate keeper through Oblivion Construction to make them playable and I cannot find them.

Where are they?

They don't have armor What you see is part of their model.

So that is why I cannot find them.

So how to make their armour not a part of them.

That would be very complicated, you would have to know about modeling. You would have to copy those parts from them and fit them to the players body.
