This has started happening at and after Pier 17. It's kind of hard to describe, but walls and things flicker lol. I don't think my graphics card is glitching or anything as the heat stays at about 63 under full load.

MY specs:

AMD A8 5500 APU 3.3Ghz (3.7 Boost)
Kingston 4Gb 1600Mhz HyperX DDR3 RAM
MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard
KFA 1Gb GDDR5 GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Playing on Extreme settings.

Any ideas what the issue may be?
