It happens mostly when i shoot the head of the power armored guys. And after i shoot them, at the head, a white light begin to flicker.

just a wild guess... but i suspect one of your mods is responsable for that glitch.

When i gonna have some time, i will going to try to find what mod can cause this. But until then, if anyone have some clue about this, please share with me :)

well to be MORE specific on my part then, you musta had a mod at one point that you deleted,
but never removed the texture/meshes files that came with it. I would start there. its much
easier however to just delete your text/mesh files and start over by loading the ones that your
current mods are using.

i seem to remember seeing something like this before. in that case they were also using modded blood textures (although I don't remember if the issue was ever resolved), but you might want to make that you first point of investigation.

dD-Larger Blood.esp

There's an issue with this mod and ATI drivers(if I remember correctly), that causes this problem from time to time. No way to really fix it afaik.

It is not any mod. It is caused by decals overlapping UVW seams on skinned geometry. I narrowed it down to that when I was getting them on Dogmeat when I was... ah... using him as a weapon testing target. ;)

I've been getting them since I first played, before any mods were installed back when the game was first released.

Seeing that bloodstains are decals, that's the most common cause. Burn marks can also cause them.

Nothing can be done about them, as someone said earlier.

A little bump, I have the same issue. I assume there is still nothing that can be done about this?

I'm not using the larger blood plugin so the effect is less large in my game, but it's still very annoying and especially obvious after using a ripper.

I also have an ATI graphics card.
