I am starting to see more and more game footage with floaty combat numbers like xp gains, damage done ability effects, etc. Also seeing buff and debuff information under the enemy health bar and other small things like Ultimate ability charge % etc.

So I'm curious. Did I miss a few settings in the UI, or are these addons being tested? I did a little looking around, and I haven't found any available addons yet, but I have heard that they are already being tested in beta.

I believe these are addons, many are already available.

Mind popping in a link? I've heard that, but I checked Curse and a few other sites. Even a google search, and I've found nothing so far.

It's nice to know who and who isn't buffed, and it's also nice to know when your tank or healer is getting low on magica and stamina.

But there's a line somewhere, between "nice to know" and "software telling me how to play."

Really? That's a tad overboard isn't it? I think a mod showing us the stamina and magica of group members is pretty damned harmless. So are "floaty numbers". Now if you want to debate how detrimental mods like recount or other damage meters can be, then fine. I would likely even agree with you because mods like that give you the ability to see what kind of numbers other people are putting up. Huge difference there.
