So apparently I am unable to create quests or dialogues due to flow chart missing within the creation kit.

Any idea how i can recover this?

If it's the same issue I recall, you need to register the flowchartx32.dll.

Pasting isn't working here, but basically:

1) Open Command

2) type regsvr32 [Skyrim Path]\ flowchartx32.dll

(If you google 'CK Flowchart dll', the first post should be the nexus post about it).

Yea, it keeps saying it cannot find pathway. Which is weird.

It should be like this

1. Run admin on cmd

2.type F: regsvr32\Steam Folder\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\flowchartx32.dll

But nothing happens :/

I think you should type " regsvr32 F:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\flowchartx32.dll " since regsvr32 as far as I understand is a command, not a part of the location of the file.
