GECK have a flowchart?
or how i can find connection between components in another way?

New Vegas's GECK has a slightly more intuitive dialogue conversation window you can use, and Skyrim's Creation Kit is packed full of wonderful flowcharts. But anything pre-NV (the Fallout 3 GECK included) hasn't got this functionality unfortunately.
