I'm just gonna throw this out there. It would be cool if my NPC Boss could fly/hover around the room when in battle with Player. Can it be done and how?

There is a mod on the Nexus that makes the player flying like Superman. You should study it.

BTW, in the general TAB of Race editing, there is an option named "flies". This allow the race to fly.

If I tick the "flies" checkbox then all of the race will be able to fly. Making a new race is straightforward but would show up in Race Menu when creating a character. Something to ponder.
