hi i bought fallout new vegas off xbox live marketplace a few years ago and it played great but a year ago during game play a cant read disc error would pop up every time i play like 10 20 seconds after i loaded a save and ive reloaded and created entire new characters and every time cant read disc error would pop up help and advice would be appreciated
