As an XBOX player, I think it's just fine. Sorry.

I agree on the general point, that exclusive DLC for a multiplatform game (hell, exclusivity in any form) is done strictly for the benefit of the major companies and not the consumers. Look at the stuff that xbox gamers missed out on: LittleBigPlanet, MGS4, God of War. The examples go on for a while.

However, PC gaming is dead. Just don't know it yet. :whistling:

When you run a multi-million dollar company your allowed to pass big dealers over for small ones.. but none of us can blame Microsoft and call them greedy. Its business, the gaming industry isnt the only place this happens. Plenty of times everyday.

I've been hearing that for at least 8 years and it still has not happened.

Why would anyone honestly be surprised that Bethesda took this offer? They're not some small independent game developer anymore that always thinks of their fans first. Sure they take their fans into consideration, but if there's a choice available that involves the company receiving benefits they will choose it. Even if they end up disappointing some fans in the process.

Bethesda is a "big boy" now. They're not the small company that made Terminator and the first couple of Elder Scrolls games with a small team anymore. They're just about as well known as BioWare is today in the RPG field. What company wouldn't forget about their fans a little after getting bigger and bigger by the year? (Excluding Valve and maybe Bungie)

Besides, this DLC won't stay exclusive. PC and PS3 will probably be getting it about a month later. And probably by then, any issues or bugs with it will have been ironed out. So think of the Xbox 360 owners being more like "BETA testers" than the first to receive the first DLC.

However, PC gaming is dead. Just don't know it yet. :whistling:

Oh I love this statement. You do know there are more Steam accounts than there are Xbox LIVE accounts? Not to mention there are games like WoW that easily have more player accounts than Xbox LIVE and PSN combined.

PC gaming is not dying. If anything, because of Steam and other services, it's growing faster and bigger than ever.
