(Minor Spoilers)

So I was playing FO4, and during the first Brotherhood of Steel mission where you search for a radio part and fight synths, I encountered a fatal crash. My system completely locked up, my display showed only near-monochrome vertical bars, and the pc was entirely unresponsive. My GPU was dead, and I could not even boot my system with it installed. After baking my card (375 for 10 minutes) I managed to get it back online, but I'd like to find a way to resolve this crash before playing again. Any tips?
