Just was wondering if that still seems to be the plan as my laptop handled Skyrim plenty well full-max plus some, but having seen Watch Dogs requirements ...it's days are definitely numbered.

That seems probable. Fallout 4 will however be released for the new consoles, so that may raise it's system requirements for PC too

Unlike Watchdogs, I would upgrade for FO4 [...or TES] and I know that an upgrade is coming, though I really want to wait until DDR4 if possible.
