I install so many mods I don't know what's what lol.

I have what appears to be a gem called Focus Concentration, what does it do and how do I use it (I can't click on it, well I can but nothing happens)?

I have a spell called Channel Conjuration, the effects listed are Summon Dagger and Toggle Focus Concentration On/Off. If I cast the spell I do not get the dagger just a message saying Focus Concentration is off. How do I get the dagger?

You might try installing something like FormID Finder - that will allow you to determine in-game what mod added the item. You could then presumably read the readme file associated with that mod to determine how it works.

Sounds like it might be a component of a magic overhaul? All I can tell you is it isn't LAME, since I use that. Could be a number of other things too, though.
