[RELz] Foes Reworked Next Generation

Yeah this was integrated into FWE.

I'm afraid I don't personally have any plans to do anything relative to any Arwen mod.

Ahh, bum! I didn't think so, but thought I'd ask all the same.

I may just have a tweak around with myself if I get the urge. :)

Alright, after play-testing the entire game and all the DLCs with Foes Reworked NG I have some pretty good ideas for expanding this mod. At the moment most of the changes I plan to make involve the BoS and Enclave, and will be similar to my earlier changes to the Talon Mercs, Raiders and Supermutants.

My main beef with the Brotherhood in vanilla FO3 is how wimpy they are. These dudes are supposed to be hardcoe soldiers who have been trained from birth and use advanced pre-war tech. However, in Broken Steel they're practically just cannon fodder. Planned Brotherhood changes include:

-Beefing up Brotherhood soldiers across the board so they stand up better to the mutants and raiders in Foes Reworked as well as the Enclave in Broken Steel

-Diversifying the BoS by adding more troop types to the leveled lists

-Making Sarah Lyons and the rest of Lyon's Pride stronger so their in-game abilities match their elite status in the Brotherhood. Sarah Lyons is supposed to be the best soldier the capital wasteland BoS has to offer, but in vanilla FO3 and the Broken Steel DLC she's a level 8 soldier with a shoddy laser rifle. :brokencomputer:

I'm essentially going to do to the Enclave the same thing I did with the Talon Mercs. Different grades of Enclave soldiers will have different titles, more types of enclave troops will be added, and the equipment they use will be more diverse.

I'm also considering adding some new, higher level types of Raiders and Talon mercs. The only change I'm currently planning on making to the Super Mutants is promoting the Berserker to Overlord status.

* cheer * !!

I had hoped you'd come back, wondered what had become of you since you'd sent that one message. Sounds great :>

The only change I'm currently planning on making to the Super Mutants is promoting the Berserker to Overlord status.

Remember that the "overlord" class was all drawn from Broken Steel's new muties. So I'm a little confused - did you want to have a Berserker, and then add an "Overlord Berserker", or did you want the Berserker to use the overlord body exclusively?

Also note that, unless I'm forgetting something, the super-sledge-wielding Overlords have that same crushing-blow disorienting effect as I had plugged into the Berserkers.
