Foggy eyes on character : V

Almost all eye colours look like this on character:

Blurry, foggy, meh. Its not textures problem. I think it has something to do with ENB (Im using Serenity ENB).

Maybe somebody could help me to make eyes look normal?

NPCs are fine btw, only player character has this issue.

have you checked with ENB Off ?

Yes, without ENB its fine
