Folder for our own music?

I dunno, Todd Howard said that he was really pleased with GTAV, so I wouldn't be surprised if it has an influence on Fallout 4 - and GTA is a pretty good model for what radio stations can offer in a game as entertainment; there's a recent interview with the lead sound designer for Bethesda about radio stations and it sounds like they've been expanded on a lot.

He mentioned that in a different way though, as in different activities and locales throughout the map. That doesn't necessarily mean Fallout should be expected the same set of features with a pure shooter set in modern times just because they feature open world progression.

No. It wont be a feature and it shouldnt be a feature. The music in Fallout is a huge part of the atmosphere of the game. An atmosphere they worked really hard to create.

But maybe someone will figure out how to add it through mods. I wont ever use tho.

They won't, but I wouldn't mind if they did. Would love to roam the wastes listening to CAN's Future Days or The End by The Doors.

Not sure if you read my post but I also said my keyboard has a pause/play button on it which allows me to pause the music on the go this means I don't have to pause the game or anything other than reach over and push the button before dialog. Considering I often even voice my own characters lines out loud while I play as if I'm playing D&D it doesn't break my immersion. I just push pause before dialog. You could always go out and get a keyboard like I did. Haha

Wow entitled poll option of the day.

You do realize that MGS5 released 2 months ago? Fallout 4 has been in development for likely years now and you think that it should conform to this Standard in the last two months before it's release?

Either way, pass. Modders will and have done this sufficiently. I'd prefer Bethesda focusing on making content.

Vote No because I don't think they will. Would vote Yes if the question was should they (couldn't vote for the third option because 1) I haven't played MGS5 and 2) no one should just do something because someone else did it).

A BSA is nothing but an archive. Think ZIP file. Unpack it with readily available tools into the "data" tree structure, and the loose files take precedence over anything in the BSA.

On the PC, it is really easy to add or change loose files if you want to extend or modify what the BSA gives you.
