Hi,

im stuck in Shroud hearth barrow. There is a lever that needs to be pulled to be able to advance, and i need to instruct my follower to do so. But when i tell Lydia to activate the lever, she just says "Sorry can't do it". Why is that ?

Because Lydia is an optional follower, she doesn't have to be there.

Assuming Lydia wasn't there, what would you do?

i was there today. went through it and had not even a follower with me.

I don't see why you can't just pull it yourself.

Same. Perhaps for role-playing purposes?

Sometimes followers say that they can't do something because you're standing in the way.
