I have never bothered with followers before as it just never suited my characters but now I find myself with a http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjOEcoMy2fI. If I enchant gear for them eg. 50% magic regeneration will that effect my followers magic replenishment?

(I know it works with weapons)

Magicka Regeneration does work on followers.
