As a 100 conjurer using two dead thralls, + a dog, + a follower I run into THIS problem all the time:

I wish the Devs will patch it so it a lot easier to collide and move your damn companions rather than this process of having to FUS RO DAH all the people out of your way every time you need to get past -____-
