Does anyone now why i cant get any of my followers in the lucky 38. on my second acccount i can but not my first.

Mr House doesn't want you bringing your followers into the casino when you first meet him. After he gives you the presidential suite then you may bring them there.

I know that its just when i go to tell my followers to go home it doesnt bring the dialog opition for them to go to the lucky 38 suite

If you're late-game and going against House, IIRC you lose the 38 option eventually (someone can correct me if I'm wrong). But if you're still early in the game/not against House etc....then...don't know. Glitchy I assume.
