Do any of you guys have fond or nostalgic memories of TES that you still remember? Please share your's below. I remember when I first got my copy of Oblivion I was chasing deer down the country side with a warhammer yelling "get back here bambi!"

Going to the edge of the Jerall Mountains the other day and crying because I couldn't magically be transported to the now version of Skyrim soon to be released. True story. I'm a girl so shhh I'm allowed to randomly cry at weird moments.

Casting slowfall on the falling bosmer and spawn daedra around him.

Constant missing a target with a bow&arrow only to hit something behind intended target.

Meeting Sheogorath in the Shivering Isles.

That man was possibly the greatest NPC I have ever seen.

Playing through TES1: Arena and loading Daggerfall and playing it for the very first time. Specific moments are harder to pick as a favorite.

i remember my confusion in morrowind when i seen the door of my first dwemer ruin i think it was called aleft. anyway i enter the strange structure and am immediately greeted by a large spider which nearly kills me and after i killed the little monster i noticed it was a robot and was confused as all get out thinking "what the hell is a robot doing in this game!?". then i go around and see various steam generators and other machines around the ruins and was further confused wondering just what the hell made this place. and after a few more near death robo spider fights i discover a chest and i believe my exact words where "oh boy loot!" and it was there i received a dwarven spear and a dwemer bracer and i ended up remembering the local dark elves wood elves and high elves having there preferred racial names of dunmer bosmer and altmer so i ended up wondering what a dwemer was. and was confused why the dwarven spear was so large a dwarf couldnt possibly wield one effectively and besides they use axes. it was later i learned dwemer and dwarven was the same thing dwarven was just the imperial word for it and that the dwemer weren't short people they where a lost race of elves who where masters of enchantments and technology. it was a beginning of an obsession with all things dwemer which i thankfully will be able to continue in skyrim :)

After leaving privateers hold for the first time, i was instantly amazed by the atmosphere of Daggerfall. That was my greatest moment.

I read this as I was exploring my first Dwewer ruin on Morrowind.
I can't believe I could not get into Morrowind until now, I'm so glad I did :)

I guess a fond TES memory for me would be buying Daggerfall on eBay and then it being released for free the next week or so ;)

Nah seriously, I loved Hackdirt in OB.
While I've never read any Lovecraft I'm familiar with his style and loved the little nuances of it in that quest, plus it was hella' creepy, their eyes, euuuurgh! :D haha

Oblivion: Leaving the sewers as a bosmer, seeing a deer and chasing it around 'til I finally killed it with an arrow. I looted it, realized that I didn't want to play a bosmer and started up a khajit because THEY CAN SEE IN THE DARK HOW COOL IS THAT. Ever since that moment I've been stuck with Khajiit, and I don't really know why.

Baurus dies in that battle outside Bruma. Felt rather attached to the guy tbh lol. Remember i'd actually go and visit every now and again.

I love those 'first' moments. Like in Morrowind when you first walk into Seyda Neen or exiting the sewers in Oblivion. I have so many other wonderful memories of the games but those always stick with me the strongest.
